Our Hepto Dream
In our programs, we can choose which has greater need and more financing accessible in the entire world. Women’s health and empowerment are critical. Creating jobs, screening for infractions, and domestic violence.
The second factor is mental health. Mental wellness. Despite being widely popular, it has received virtually little attention, even in developed countries. Compared to physical health, not much has been done. However, the situation in Africa is dire.
Another issue is the environment. The environment, in addition to erosion. Environmental protection and waste management, how we dispose of medical waste. In order to dispose of medical trash, people typically dig a sizable hole in the ground and fill it with all of the leftovers, needles, specimens, and bonds. After that, the atmosphere is disseminated everywhere by rain and floods.
This explains why people get sick and why so many diseases that we never had before have started to arise in our societies. What can we do as a result? Okay, let’s start with the environment. We can evaluate the municipalities and counties to see how they dispose. There are incinerators that can cover hospital needs for waste management. HEPTO will inspire communities to protect the environment and dispose of leftovers properly.
One aspect of this also relates to the cholera outbreak and public health. It has to do with quarantine, with locations where people would go if a disease that God forbade occurred—like Ebola or COVID—occurred. As a result, we advised that every county have designated quarantine locations in case a disease outbreak occurs. We can then establish these locations and understand why we suggested they be designated. We also have that to consider. What other cleaning chemical is there, right? We bring many chemicals to do the cleanings; what are the adverse effects? As a result, some of them are not good to use since the benefits exceed the damage. We can have to look at the chemicals. Another thing we might focus on is whether they are genuinely 100% safe for our environment and health. So, it is the environmental health of our program. Once we have the data, we can focus more and more on it. One thing is sure.
Secondly, returning to Mental Health, depression and psychosis are common mental health conditions affecting most people. Even though they have a mental health facility, the quality of care is very low. They have multiple personalities and don’t know where to turn or to whom to talk. Raising a family leads people to believe that they are healthier than other people. However, when domestic violence occurs, that becomes a major issue.
Sanitation for the insane. Both treatment and a reliable diagnosis are lacking in them. Mental health professionals are not well-trained. They leave the area and search for other work before returning. We can thus concentrate on that one. We can let those who actually need medical care remain in their communities. Count them and observe the treatment of the populace.
We can empower people, advocate for them, and remove the stigma because, yes, in the African community, the only thing we know about mental health patients is that they are crazy. We call them crazy, which is a very negative and demeaning name or stigma, and we need to teach people not to treat mental health patients that way. That is another thing we may concentrate on and implement in Somalia. They fasten a chain around the ankle. Put the ankle and chain on and put the people in a little house. You can see them screaming and being held captive. They are prisoners who have been imprisoned due to a mental health problem. If they let that individual go, either he will harm them, or they will harm someone. So, there is no community or government help for folks with mental illnesses, which is very, very terrible. Have you ever seen a famished donkey?
Women’s empowerment, health, education, and advocacy. It’s very significant in society, especially in African society, and it’s been built as I’m not, and I’m not condemning, but it’s been a managed world. Man says, “First, do, man.” Man did man more critically than in society thing. And that is sometimes why we are so far behind and have not progressed because every human being can offer something to society. When we lift our children and women, that society and the entire community will benefit. So, let us see how we do. We must address schooling and how to develop a skill. Revolving economy, establishing a business, and creating something like what we can do to construct a large hole like a warehouse and find out the sewing machine, crafts, and handicrafts. Women in the community can come and do it for a few hours, and they can sell out. The economy can improve, and the community can acquire the products they need at a lower cost. We can go camping first. We can organize a health screening camp for ladies. We need to find out where the GYOBGYN and college doctors who check for cervical cancer are. Fish tours examine pregnancies, other health problems, words, breast cancer, and other physical health issues. They can prescribe medication for those who need it, and we can educate our community, particularly the female community in small towns. How can they track health changes and monitor progress? When they see a change in their health, they can get in touch with the nearest medical expert, and we can also develop a how we can, how we can get. How can we create a file for them, or how can we create it? The sanitary bar is then available for all women, including those who attend school, and some of them cease attending since they do not have those sanitary pads when they have their periods. They stay at home and lose their schooling. That is very unfortunate, and either they work, or they do not. But nevertheless, we need to focus on how we can build either reusable pads or reusable diapers. For the youngsters, teach and train them on how to do it, and then they can stand on their own feet. We have to start from the community, from the village.
We have to have women who can stand up and advocate for women and children and then build that one up to the district, then to the county. And then for that reason, the community would have a balance, and they would have a force to hear that we can reduce the violation against women. Women inside the leadership can have a voice; they can be bold enough to discuss and speak out, and in that way, we can create a really calm environment for everyone. What can we do for Women’s Health and women’s empowerment? Create a craft and handcraft for centuries, and then the women in the community can come to study, teach, buy, and sell whatever they have created, which will help the economy.
